🔄 Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Item must be in its original packaging.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer cash refunds, but we are happy to facilitate exchanges where applicable.

We encourage all customers to review product details, sizes, and materials carefully before purchasing to ensure complete satisfaction.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will fix it immediately:

Replacement Guarantee: We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging via WhatsApp.

🚫 Ineligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Worn or used items showing signs of wear.
  • Items damaged due to customer handling after delivery.
  • Requests made outside the 48-hour allowed time window.
